Processing & Shipping Orders

Orders are processed Monday through Friday and may take up to 72 hours to prepare for shipment.

Shipping Times: 

  • Standard Shipping: 6 to 10 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 4 to 5 business days

Please note that processing times do not include weekends or holidays. Tracking details will be sent as soon as your order ships.


Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! That’s why we offer hassle-free returns for all orders within 60 days of delivery.

How to Qualify for a Return/Refund

To be eligible for a return, items should be unused and in their original packaging. Before sending anything back, please contact our support team via email with your order #, including a photo or video for assessment. Returns sent without prior communication will result in a loss on the buyer's end.

Note: Personalized boxes and priority order shipping fees cannot be refunded.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please reach out within 60 days of delivery with a photo or video showing the issue. We’ll gladly exchange the item or provide a full refund.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about your refund approval status via email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method, which may take 5-10 business days depending on bank processing times.


Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing it. Cancellations cannot be processed after the 1-hour window, but you can return the item once it arrives.

If the order is already in transit, we’re unable to stop it. Please double-check all order details before finalizing.

Incorrect Address

Please verify your shipping address before completing your order. If an error is detected, contact us within 1 hour to make corrections. We cannot alter the address once the order has been fulfilled. Incorrect addresses that lead to undelivered packages are the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping Delays or Lost Packages

Shipping delays may occur beyond our control. While we can’t offer refunds for delayed or lost packages, we’re happy to reship items at no extra cost. Please contact us via email for assistance.


Exchange Policy

We exchange items only if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, please email us your order number and a photo or video of the item.

Shipping for Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping details will be provided once you contact us. For the best service, we recommend using a trackable shipping method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and we are not liable for lost return packages.

Refused Deliveries

If a package is refused upon delivery and returned to our warehouse, a $7.77 processing fee will be deducted from the refund.


Customs, Taxes, and Duties

Customers are responsible for any customs, taxes, or import charges. These vary by country, and any refusal to pay will result in the package being returned without refund eligibility.
